Deposit Conditions

If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within ten minutes of a successful payment, you must contact mk666 support with your transaction reference number so the issue can be investigated and resolved. mk666 will not be liable for deposits that fail due to errors on the part of the payment provider.
Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount at mk666 is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with no cut-off time. Approved withdrawals are typically credited to your bKash or Nagad account within 15 minutes and to bank accounts within 1 to 3 business hours. mk666 reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that is registered in the same name as the mk666 account holder.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
mk666 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the specific terms applicable to that bonus in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
Wagering Requirements
Bonuses credited to your mk666 wallet are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly in the bonus offer terms. mk666 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively affect bonus funds already credited and actively being wagered by a player.
Bonus Abuse Policy
Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to artificially fulfill wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage), or colluding with other players to extract bonus value — will have their bonuses voided, their accounts suspended, and any winnings derived from such abuse forfeited. mk666's determination of bonus abuse is final and not subject to appeal in cases where evidence of systematic exploitation is identified.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mk666 platform. Any player found to be engaging in any prohibited activity will face immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds in their wallet. mk666 may also refer cases of fraudulent or criminal conduct to the relevant authorities.

Providing false identity information during registration or during any KYC verification process. Using automated scripts, bots, or software to gain an unfair advantage in any game. Consequences of Violations
Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or mk666 staff through any communication channel. Providing payment credentials that are not your own, or making deposits using payment accounts registered in another person's name. Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your mk666 wallet. Any conduct that mk666, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform, its games, or its player community.
7. Intellectual Property

11. Account Closure and Termination

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance in your wallet that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Grounds for Termination
